Fireworks!

Writer: Jefferson Ridge HOAJefferson Ridge HOA

We are at that time of year again my friends. Fireworks. They have already been set off around our subdivision - I'm sure I haven't been the only one to hear them.

As a reminder, these are the legal hours for fireworks set by Elkhart County:

  • June 29 to July 3: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset;

  • July 4: from 10 a.m. to midnight;

  • July 5 to July 9: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset; and

  • December 31: from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Please remember to be courteous with your displays. We are going through a very dry spell as well so safety for your neighbors In our subdivision would be appreciated. I'm sure the fire department would agree!

Thank you!
