General Landscaping

Hello neighbors!

A couple friendly reminders for the summer months ahead. Several folks have reached out to us about these issues already this year.

Overgrown weeds: Please keep your landscaping and fence lines clear of overgrown weeds. There are a few houses that have been mentioned through the contact page on our website. If this continues to be an issue, we will send out notices to the homeowners.

Grass clippings/mulch piles: While the covenants do not restrict grass clippings being mulched in a storage area on property, they do restrict them from becoming unsightly or a nuisance. Try to remember that we all live close to one another and your neighbors might not appreciate the sight and smell of a mulch pile.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to fill out the contact form on our website or email us at:

Thank you
