Street Parking

Parking on the streets of our subdivision is not allowed. If you are having a gathering or are doing work to your house, please notify us either through the contact form at jeffersonridge.net or by email at jeffersonridge.jrha@gmail.com
Many residents already do this through the communications listed. The board appreciates this communication so that if there are complaints, we are able to address them with the reason stated by the homeowner.
The following policy is being posted, and has been approved by the board for dealing with complaints about parking in the streets:
1. After 3 complaints about continued parking in the street, the HOA will send a friendly reminder to the homeowner.
2. After the letter has been mailed, a member or members of the board will follow up to ensure compliance of the covenants.
3. If the homeowner has not complied with the request, a certified letter will be mailed to the homeowner.
4. After the certified letter has been sent, another HOA board member will follow up for compliance.
5. If there is still an issue, the board will vote on whether to have the car towed or send the resident to the lawyer for fines.
